the boudoir experience:
You are gorgeous. In a world where we fight the joy stealer “comparison”, it is important to remember that you are truly beautiful. The boudoir experience is all about uncovering and discovering all of the different layers of you. It is my utmost goal to create a safe, fun, and beautiful environment where you can let loose a little. A place where you can be everything that you are and come out of the experience with amazing images that will serve as a forever reminder that you are gorgeous! Whether you are planning a session as a gift for your significant other or gift to your fabulous self, these images are a concrete reminder that you are perfect just the way that you are. I love that in a very real way I get to be a part of this experience with you.
I have been doing photography as my full time gig since 2009. In that time I have worked with countless couples, families, and babies. So many wonderful sessions and I love what I do, but, and this is a big but, I LOVE boudoir. This is my passion and calling as an artist. I feel no greater excitement and joy than when a client of mine sees herself in a new light because she took the opportunity to celebrate herself. That is priceless.
Besides this passion, I have four busy boys who fill my days with baseball and football practice, meal preparation, and taxi servicing.
I am working hard on balancing life in every single way including taking care of myself, which is a constant struggle for me and almost every woman I know. I love to exercise (my husband and I ran a half marathon a while back and we can’t wait to sign up for a new race). I start every single day with a cup of coffee and a quick check on Facebook, I am totally addicted to both of these. I enjoy preparing interesting clean food for my family and finding new ways to hide veggies in yummy meals. I love to travel (and am available for travel sessions outside of the
Bay Area as well) and I love to sit down with a nice glass of white wine and laugh until my stomach hurts with my friends and family.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions at all about boudoir. I cannot wait to hear from you.
